Charge Nurse (RN) - FT Days | Beaumont Rehab

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Work collaboratively with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain high standards of nursing practice.
• Provide leadership and serve as a clinical and leadership resource for the staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• RN License in the state where you are applying.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, required after 90 days of employment.
• Prior inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• A higher comfort level working with ventilators, tracheotomies, PICC lines, etc., is preferred but not required.
• Two years of experience in direct patient care is preferred but not required.
