Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dialysis team. In this role you will provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments to patients, ensure high-quality care, render professional nursing care using the nursing process (both directly and indirectly), supervise and collaborate with team members and physicians to maintain optimal patient outcomes, ensure patient safety by following safety policies and standards of care, and maintain a secure environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments to patients
• Render professional nursing care using the nursing process, both directly and indirectly
• Supervise and collaborate with team members and physicians to maintain optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure patient safety by following safety policies and standards of care
• Maintain a secure environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current RN licensure valid in the practice state
• At least 1 year of RN experience, with a preference for 3 months of dialysis experience
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Willingness to work flexible hours and fill in as needed
• Ability to pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test

Pay

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $52 per hour.
