About the role

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization providing development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team at North Davidson Dialysis Center in Winston Salem, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the age/developmental status of the patient.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.

This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Must successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 3 months of dialysis experience.

Pay

$35–$52 per hour.
