Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Supervision experience and skills required
- Knowledge of nursing care requirements for all patients on the unit
- Able to use a high level of abstract reasoning
Requirements
- Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs
- Maintains current license and knowledge of nursing care requirements for all patients on the unit
- Accurately identifies real/potential problems affecting the service and implements solutions with follow-through and communication
- 1+ acute care hospital experience [Preferred]
