About the Role
Provides holistic, patient-centered nursing care, coordinates quality care delivery, and manages operational issues during shifts. Acts as a resource for staff, communicates patient and departmental updates, and supports clinical needs based on census demands.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Assist with clinical care as needed
- Guide and support staff in daily operations
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
- Current RN license in the relevant state
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Clinical competency and, optionally, advanced certifications or a bachelor’s degree
