About the role
The RN - Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills. Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team, develops self and team members, and shares organizational information. The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- 2 years of RN acute care experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Qualifications
- 1 year of leadership experience (preferred)
Schedule
- Full Time, Non-Exempt
- Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (Shift 1 = Days)
- Weekend Work: Every Other
- On Call: No
Location: Plant City, South Florida Baptist Hospital, Medical Surgical Telemetry - SAH
