Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license (License #RNLVN)

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes; document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines
• Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain the highest practical well‑being for patients
