Charge Nurse LVN/RN (24381)

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes, documenting in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines.
• Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition, following nursing practices.
• Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain the highest practical well‑being for patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) license (License #RNLVN).
