Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and overall clinical outcomes
• Ensure quality care, customer service, and employee relationships are top priorities
• Supervise and provide career coaching to existing members on staff
• Provide direct patient care, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care

Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing (as required by state)
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Stable work history and dedication to leading the healthcare team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
• Follow all applicable policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care facilities
• BLS accredited from American Heart Association (AHA)
• IV certification (if outside Nevada, IV Course Curriculum is required upon hire)
• Reliable transportation required

Qualifications

• Competitive wage with a wage range of USD $28.00 - USD $30.50 /Hr
