Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and overall clinical outcomes
- Ensure quality care, customer service, and employee relationships are top priorities
- Supervise and provide career coaching to existing members on staff
- Provide direct patient care, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing (as required by state)
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Stable work history and dedication to leading the healthcare team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships
- Follow all applicable policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care facilities
- BLS accredited from American Heart Association (AHA)
- IV certification (if outside Nevada, IV Course Curriculum is required upon hire)
- Reliable transportation required
Qualifications
- Competitive wage with a wage range of USD $28.00 - USD $30.50 /Hr
