Responsibilities
- Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
- Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
- Help your team members grow their careers—you will change lives.
- Examine residents and their records/charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
- Perform administrative duties for assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
Qualifications
- Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
