Responsibilities
- Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physicians regarding specific residents.
- Consulting with physicians on resident evaluations and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
- Helping team members grow their careers.
- Examining residents and their records to identify early signs of health issues.
- Completing administrative tasks such as medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
Qualifications
- A current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
