Role: Charge RN on a Stepdown unit, providing leadership and clinical oversight. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and assign staff effectively.Serve as a clinical resource for the healthcare team.Oversee complex stepdown patients, monitor condition changes, and support evidence-based practices.Ensure safe staffing, patient throughput, and high-quality care.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.Mentor bedside nurses and promote a culture of compassion, respect, and continuous improvement.
