Responsibilities
- Coordinating high-quality nursing care for patients from birth through postpartum and gynecologic needs.
- Providing clinical support based on patient volume and acuity.
- Communicating patient and departmental issues to leadership.
- Serving as a resource and guiding staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Valid RN license and multistate licensure.
- Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and specialty-specific credentials such as PEARS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and Fetal Monitoring.
- Additional certifications and training must be completed within specified timeframes.
