Charge Nurse- ICU
About the Unit
Northwest Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has 16 beds. Staff members provide high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based critical care to patients and their families. The team proactively removes obstacles to patient care, assesses patient status, implements clinical nursing interventions, and develops care plans to improve outcomes. ICU staff are outgoing, positive, and use strong organizational and leadership skills.
About the Role
Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse License (essential)
- 1–3 years of experience (essential)
Pay
$40.12 to $62.19 per hour, based on experience.
