About the role

Graduate Nurse providing direct patient care in a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical thinking skills.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members, promoting patient and family-centered care.
• Monitor patient responses, modify care plans accordingly, and participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in professional development and uphold safety standards, working in a safety-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Ability to obtain nursing licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
