As a Charge Nurse (RN) joining our team, you are stepping into a key leadership role that supports both clinical excellence and staff success. You will help guide care delivery, support your team, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and outcomes.

How you'll contribute

• Provides clinical leadership and oversight of hospital operations during assigned shifts
• Serves as the first line of support for nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensures safe, effective patient care and adherence to nursing standards and rehabilitation philosophy
• Captures and updates interdisciplinary care plans
• Maintains quality indicators (QIs) and supports performance improvement initiatives
• Communicates and escalates clinical concerns or unusual occurrences appropriately
• Supports staff education, development, and regulatory compliance
• Aids in staffing plans, scheduling, and management of nursing resources

Preferred Requirements

• Current state RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or acute care setting
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Basic computer proficiency required
