Charge Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Role: Charge RN for Midtown MedSurg unit, night shift. Responsibilities: Lead bedside nurses and techs, oversee patient flow, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for diverse adult populations. Support staffing, admissions, discharges, and escalations. Mentor team members and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise in MedSurg nursing, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of patient-centered care and evidence-based practices is essential.
