What You'll Do
- Oversee daily charge entry operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely claim submission
- Manage and develop Client Bill Associates through coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor workloads, work queues, and SLA performance to maintain balance and meet deadlines
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing in accordance with contracts, policies, and quality standards
- Review and resolve complex or escalated billing issues, ensuring clear client communication
- Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Implementation, Client Success) to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain strong client relationships through calls, escalations, and consistent service delivery
- Oversee client portal usage, ensuring team and client proficiency
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics; prepare reports and recommend process improvements
- Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth billing integration

- Management experience in a healthcare billing or revenue cycle setting required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superior judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills
