Responsibilities
- Share responsibilities with the Revenue Cycle Manager and Lead Biller regarding billing questions for physicians and staff
- Ensure all billing functions are completed in a timely manner
- Develop billing goals
- Enter, review, and modify daily charges
- Perform queue work
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical billing experience
- Knowledge of modifiers, ICD-10 and CPT codes required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
- Computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Command of verbal and written English
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
- Competency with ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
