About the role

As a Hospice Chaplain / Spiritual Counselor at VitalCaring, you are more than a spiritual support resource — you are a trusted guide, compassionate listener, and calming presence for patients and families navigating grief, transition, and end-of-life experiences. You’ll provide individualized spiritual care aligned with each patient’s beliefs, values, and preferences while supporting emotional well-being and helping families process difficult moments with dignity and compassion. Through every visit, conversation, and interaction, you help bring peace, reassurance, and hope.
