Chaplain – Residential Aged Care – Elizabeth Lodge
About Anglicare
As a Christian organisation with a heritage of service spanning 160 years, Anglicare serves older people and those who are vulnerable or marginalised by providing a range of accommodation, care and community services. Elizabeth Lodge is a residential care home located in Rushcutters Bay. Set in an inner‑city environment, it has accommodation for 116 residents, each with a private room and ensuite over nine floors. Residents gather for activities including Chapel and Bible Study weekly in common spaces on the ground floor.

The Chaplain provides spiritual leadership in the home and emotional support to residents, their families, and staff. The Chaplain works on‑site alongside Pastoral Carers as part of the Pastoral Care Team, developing individual relationships with each resident, supporting their needs and preferences, and building trust with Home Management and staff.
