About the Role
Provides spiritual guidance and support to in-house patients. Offers pastoral ministry, performs or arranges for religious services to meet the needs of patients and their families. Assists contracted staff and visiting clergy.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Divinity or Theology
- Knowledge of counseling and clinical pastoral care, including training in human development and behavior, spirituality, and religious practices common to the community
- Endorsement by a recognized religious body or authority preferred
- Advanced interpersonal skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals, agencies, patients, and clergy
- Bilingual ability is a plus
Pay
Compensation range: $29.73–$39.23 per hour. This range is based on minimum job qualifications; actual offer considers education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to the role.
