Responsibilities
- Organizes and promotes religious services for patients, families, and staff
- Counsels and educates on spiritual matters
- Supports end-of-life care through pastoral support and counseling

- Maintains relationships with local churches and community organizations
Requirements
Essential qualifications include a bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare settings, and knowledge of various religious beliefs and practices. Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is preferred but not required.
