About the role
We are seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual support and guidance to our community members. The role involves offering comfort, counseling, and pastoral care to individuals and groups within the community.
Responsibilities
- Offer spiritual support and guidance to community members
- Counsel individuals and groups on matters of faith and life
- Facilitate religious services and events
- Engage in outreach activities to build relationships with the community
Requirements
- A strong commitment to serving the community
- Experience in pastoral care and counseling
- Religious training and certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., theology, psychology)
- Master's degree preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
