Chaplain

About the role

The Chaplain at CHI Health Connect Home-Fargo will provide spiritual/bereavement care and counseling to Hospice patients, families, staff, and volunteers. You will offer compassionate presence, support, and appropriate rituals, collaborating with the healthcare team to advocate for spiritual needs and integrate holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual, religious, and existential care to patients, families, and staff.
• Meet spiritual care needs of patients and families.
• Coordinate agency Bereavement Services.
• Facilitate and/or coordinate in-services, presentations, and special events for the Hospice program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies or related field.
• Driver's License: MN
• Auto Insurance
• Basic Life Support - CPR

Preferred

• Experience in Hospice Care and/or completion of a Hospice training program.
