About the role

Maven is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project manage channel initiatives such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing
• Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Claude, Salesforce, Looker
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $40 - $50 per hour, 20 hours per week for 16 weeks starting as soon as possible. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
