Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
- Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
- Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
- Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
- Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
- Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma - Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity
- Valid Drivers License - Required

- Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience

- Experience working toward goals or quotas (sales or similar environments)
- Demonstrated leadership experience—whether through work, school, nonprofits, fraternities/sororities, clubs, or other organizations (for example, serving as a treasurer, team lead, or project lead)
