Channel Partner Team Lead, NAM
About the role
The Channel Partner Team Lead will join the EMEA Partnership Leadership Team at monday.com. This role offers the ability to make a significant impact with the resources of an established, public company. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of your region, manage a team of channel partner managers, and help partners grow their business.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region.
- Manage a team of top CPMs (quota carrying) and drive them to success.
- Lead your CPMs to achieve their ARR targets.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach.
- Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
- Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
- Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Channel Partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role.
- Managerial experience is a must.
- Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs - important for the role.
- A solid foundation and an eagerness to learn.
- A track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.

Qualifications
Preference given to candidates based in New York City. Compensation range: $203,000 - $238,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
