Job Overview

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness PM (Skills Transformation) to support a high-visibility Skills Transformation Program for a global manufacturing organization. The role involves driving stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption of new skills, processes, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management workstream for a high-visibility Skills Transformation Program from planning through implementation and sustainment.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with business goals, project milestones, and organizational priorities.

  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify risks, readiness, and support needs.

  • Create and execute communication, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans.

  • Partner with HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Communications, project leadership, SMEs, and business stakeholders.

  • Develop leader toolkits, communication materials, FAQs, and other change resources.

  • Identify organizational resistance and develop practical mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor stakeholder engagement, adoption metrics, and project readiness throughout the transformation.

  • Support governance activities and provide updates on project progress, risks, and adoption.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise change management or transformation initiatives.

  • Experience supporting organizational, HR, digital, ERP, or workforce transformation projects.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and influence skills.

  • Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness planning, and adoption measurement.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global manufacturing, operations, or large enterprise organizations.

  • Experience with skills-based organizations, HR transformation, talent transformation, or workforce capability initiatives.

  • Prosci certification or experience with ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management methodologies.

  • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
