Overview
KPMG is seeking Change Management Professionals to support their Consulting practice on upcoming contract opportunities. They are looking for practitioners capable of adapting to various project complexities, including AI Adoption, Digital/ERP implementations, M&A, Cost-Takeout, and Global Business Services/Outsourcing.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and execute integrated Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for complex enterprise transformations.
- Assess organizational readiness and assess change impacts across stakeholders, roles, and business processes.
- Design integrated change strategies covering leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, capability upskilling, and adoption measurement.
- Deliver change management projects utilizing AI and Agents, including building agents and analyzing workforce data.
- Measure and report on change effectiveness KPIs, adoption rates, and value-realization metrics tied to business outcomes.
- Support enterprise-wide organizational design, including target operating models, governance, decision rights, and ways of working.
- Aid in modernizing end-to-end talent management, including Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience.
- Establish metrics and dashboards for talent health, skills readiness, and workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Transformation, or Human Resource Consulting.
- (Experience in Consulting within a mid-large sized consulting firm is highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Strong demonstrated ability utilizing AI tools (for example, CoPilot, Gemini, and more) and leveraging PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, analyze data, and structure information; experience with Talent and Org Design tools (for example, OrgVue, HRIS) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of change management principles, org design, talent transformation, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues, lead conversations, and establish rapport with colleagues and clients across all levels of an organizational hierarchy.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80-100% as dictated by client and engagement needs.
