What You Will Do
- Execute organizational change management capabilities including the development and adoption of communications strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Develop and disseminate training and educational materials targeted towards various different stakeholders impacted by the change
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress on initiatives and workstreams
- Communicate in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and completing review documentation
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 5+ years of relevant industry, research, or consulting experience, excluding internships, co-ops, fellowships, and academic research
- Experience directly supporting public health-focused federal agencies or health systems
- Experience working with CMS clients
- Demonstrated ability and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of firm services; preparing concise, accurate documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to executive leadership
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship required)
What Would Be Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in health policy, health economics, health services research, epidemiology, public health, or health/policy related fields
- Strong understanding of value-based care payment models
- Direct experience with CMMI Alternative Payment Models
- Healthcare quality measurement experience
