We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "Ready to Lead What's Next in Aviation?" maybe considered boilerplate? It's part of description but not a list; we can keep as prose under About the role? The posting includes sections: "Turn Complex Programs into Successful Aircraft Deliveries" (maybe tagline). Then description paragraph. Then "What You'll Do" with bullet list. Then "Qualifications" with Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Then "Why Join Us?" with bullet points. Then "Benefits" paragraph. Then "Pay Details". Then EEO etc which we remove. Also "Requirements" at end about arrest records etc - that's legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Massachusetts Candidates Only:" etc - remove. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (the bullet list under "What You'll Do"). Qualifications (maybe combine Required and Preferred). Skills maybe not separate; we could include under Qualifications. Benefits (the paragraph about benefits). Pay (the pay rate). Schedule (the schedule given: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM). Also location maybe part of About? Not required heading. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's extract content. Intro: "Program Manager | Lead Aircraft Interior Programs from Development to Takeoff Location: Everett, WA | Onsite Job Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $65.00 - $68.00/hour Turn Complex Programs into Successful Aircraft Deliveries PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a a leader in the aviation industry, to hire an experienced Program Manager in Everett, Washington. This is an opportunity to play a critical role on an Aircraft Interiors Program team, helping drive programs from initial development and qualification testing through the delivery of certified products and entry-into-service for new airline customers. You'll collaborate with fellow Program Managers and cross-functional teams while serving as a key interface between internal stakeholders and customers. If you're a strategic thinker who can balance customer priorities, financial performance, production demands, risk, and schedule commitments, this role puts you at the center of programs that directly impact the future of aviation." We can combine location, schedule, pay maybe later separate sections. But we should not repeat job title. We'll create About the role paragraph containing the descriptive text (excluding the schedule/pay maybe). But schedule and pay we will have separate sections. Thus About the role: include the paragraph after the initial line? Let's craft: "PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry, to hire an experienced Program Manager in Everett, Washington. If you're a strategic thinker who can balance customer priorities, financial performance, production demands, risk, and schedule commitments, this role puts you at the center of programs that directly impact the future of aviation." That seems good. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do". Let's extract each bullet: - Build strong partnerships with internal functional organizations across integrated product teams (IPTs). - Support the daily program cadence, including schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and decision reviews. - Monitor financial, technical, and schedule performance to ensure contractual commitments are achieved. - Coordinate closely with production teams to establish priorities, address challenges, and escalate issues when necessary. - Prepare, revise, and monitor program documentation and analyses in accordance with contractual requirements and business procedures. - Guide program leads in implementing effective Risk & Opportunity Management practices. - Lead or participate in key program activities, including monthly financial reporting. - Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare teams for customer visits. - Lead decision-making within the IPT, applying sound judgment and critical thinking when information is incomplete. - Partner with production, operations, and supply chain teams to manage deliveries against customer schedule requirements. - Organize and support program reviews, team meetings, and other critical business activities. - Develop clear, concise presentations and communications that strengthen customer confidence and satisfaction. - Understand customer needs and effectively represent those priorities to internal stakeholders. - Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle. We'll put each as

  • . Qualifications: we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into one section "Qualifications" with subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we could have two

sections: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. However instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those exact headings. But we can also use other headings? It says e.g., not limited to. Probably we should stick to those headings. So we have Qualifications heading. Under that we can have

    for prose and maybe

for lists. We'll include required and preferred as separate
maybe with headings inside? Could use but not heading. We'll just list required then preferred as separate
          with preceding

maybe. Skills: Not explicitly separate; we could omit Skills section if no specific skills list beyond qualifications. The posting mentions skills like communication, presentation, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project. Those could go under Skills. But we already have Qualifications covering those. To avoid thin sections, we might combine skills into Qualifications. But instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills section. Benefits: we have paragraph: "For eligible employees, PDS Tech Commercial offers benefits that may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) plan, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements." Also later: "Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable." We'll combine into a Benefits section with

list of benefits. Pay: we have Pay Rate: $65.00 - $68.00/hour and also later "Pay Details: $65.00 to $68.00 per hour" and also "Earn competitive compensation: Receive $66.56 per hour while contributing your expertise to a critical 12-month program assignment." That's a specific figure but we should preserve all substantive info. We'll include the range and note the typical $66.56/hour maybe as example. We'll just put the range. Schedule: we have "Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM". We'll put that. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: remove "Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply", "To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement...", "Requirements The Company will consider qualified applicants..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Turn Complex Programs into Successful Aircraft Deliveries" maybe we keep as tagline? It's not a heading; we could include in About the role as a sentence? It appears before the description. Could incorporate: "Turn Complex Programs into Successful Aircraft Deliveries" as a tagline. We'll include it as a

            maybe. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
