About the role

The Change Management Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that projects (change initiatives) meet objectives. The primary responsibility is to support and implement change management strategies and operational plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. A Change Management Specialist focuses on supporting the Change Team in optimizing resources and plans using a variety of disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness of and desire for committing to change.
• Support employees as they build the skills and tools needed to enact change.
• Establish trust and strong two-way communication mechanisms.
• Collaborate in developing change strategy.

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $130,000 USD. The range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on skills, certifications, experience, market conditions, and required travel. This role is also eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, with a total estimated compensation range of $109,250 - $149,500, inclusive of potential incentives.
