Change Management Analyst (Open to Various Locations)

About the role

Position Summary The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness and adoption. Working closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders, this role supports assigned change workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, while adapting to project and stakeholder needs. The role supports development and delivery of communications and training activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, reporting and dashboard updates, and adoption and business readiness tracking to support successful implementation of change initiatives across global, cross-functional teams. This role is remote. Occasional extended hours may be required beyond the normal daily schedule. There may be periodic in-office work requests, so proximity to the office is important. Ability to work an adjusted schedule as needed, including earlier start times, to support collaboration with international stakeholders in EMEA based on business, operational, or project needs. Ability to work in the office as required to meet business or project needs.
