Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in documenting change impacts across business processes, systems, and roles, and support readiness tracking and stakeholder identification.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts by maintaining stakeholder lists, coordinating meetings, and assisting with change network activities.
  • Aid in developing and distributing communications, including project updates, announcements, and FAQs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Support training initiatives by coordinating sessions, maintaining training schedules, and organizing training materials and job aids.
  • Track adoption metrics such as training completion, engagement levels, and feedback to identify potential risks and support adoption strategies.
  • Maintain organizational change management (OCM) documentation, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials.
  • Coordinate OCM activities across project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in change management, business analysis, communications, training, or project support roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, user-friendly content.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of change management principles and interest in structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance operations (underwriting, policy administration, billing, or claims) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
