About the Role

The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption. This role works closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders to support assigned change workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, adapting to project and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned change workstreams, including planning, executing, and tracking activities against project milestones, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Conduct change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis and summarize insights to inform change strategies.
  • Translate change strategies into action plans across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, adapting approaches based on stakeholder and business needs.
  • Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and Change Leads to support execution of change initiatives across global, cross-functional programs.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, including gathering input on influence and resistance, maintaining contact lists, scheduling interviews, workshops, and briefings, and synthesizing information to inform strategy.
  • Assess change-related risks, recommend mitigation actions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Own the creation and distribution of targeted communications, including emails, intranet posts, FAQs, and reference materials, tailoring messaging and delivery approaches based on stakeholder and business needs while ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training materials and activities, including creating and updating materials, scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
  • Track and analyze adoption and business readiness metrics and contribute to dashboards and reports that identify trends, risks, and areas requiring additional communication, training, or stakeholder support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
  • Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting change management or project delivery initiatives.
  • Experience working in professional services, legal, consulting, or other client-facing environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, CRM platforms) preferred.

Working Conditions

  • This role is remote.
  • Occasional extended hours may be required beyond the normal daily schedule.
  • Periodic in-office work requests may occur, so proximity to the office is important.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring prolonged and/or extensive computer use.
  • Ability to work an adjusted schedule as needed, including earlier start times, to support collaboration with international stakeholders in EMEA.
  • Ability to work in the office as required to meet business or project needs.

Pay

This is a non-exempt position. The hourly wage range for this role is $46.63 to $72.53, with an estimated annual compensation range of $97,000 to $132,000, based on expected hours. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

  • Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Pittsburgh: $46.63 - $60.10 per hour (40-hour workweek; approximately $97,000 - $125,000 annually based on expected hours)
  • Miami: $49.74 - $64.10 per hour (37.5-hour workweek; approximately $97,000 - $125,000 annually based on expected hours)
  • Philadelphia, Wilmington: $50.00 - $60.10 per hour (40-hour workweek; approximately $104,000 - $125,000 annually based on expected hours)
  • Chicago: $57.14 - $68.68 per hour (35-hour workweek; approximately $104,000 - $125,000 annually based on expected hours)
  • Princeton, Washington, DC: $53.37 - $63.46 per hour (40-hour workweek; approximately $111,000 - $132,000 annually based on expected hours)
  • Los Angeles, New York: $63.74 - $72.53 per hour (35-hour workweek; approximately $116,000 - $132,000 annually based on expected hours)
