Change Analyst (Open to Various Locations)
About the Role
The Change Analyst supports the development of change management plans and execution of change management initiatives across the firm by coordinating planning activities and implementing change enablement activities related to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and adoption. This role works closely with Change leads, project teams, and other stakeholders to support assigned change workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, adapting to project and stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned change workstreams, including planning, executing, and tracking activities against project milestones, objectives, and outcomes.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, summarizing insights to inform change strategies.
- Translate change strategies into action plans across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, adapting approaches based on stakeholder and business needs.
- Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and Change Leads to support execution of change initiatives across global, cross-functional programs.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, including gathering input on influence and resistance, maintaining contact lists, scheduling interviews, workshops, and briefings, and synthesizing information to inform strategy.
- Assess change-related risks, recommend mitigation actions, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Create and distribute targeted communications, including emails, intranet posts, FAQs, and reference materials, tailoring messaging and delivery approaches based on stakeholder and business needs while ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training materials and activities, including creating and updating materials, scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
- Track and analyze adoption and business readiness metrics, contributing to dashboards and reports that identify trends, risks, and areas requiring additional communication, training, or stakeholder support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience supporting change management or project delivery initiatives.
- Experience working in professional services, legal, consulting, or other client-facing environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (e.g., Workday, CRM platforms) preferred.

Additional Information
This is a remote role with occasional extended hours and periodic in-office work requests. Proximity to the office is important. The role is non-exempt, with hourly wage ranges varying by location, and an estimated annual compensation range of $97,000 to $132,000 based on expected hours.
