Challenger Sports Academy Soccer Coach

Challenger Sports is owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals and provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products through a team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff.

About the role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. This role primarily involves:

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players ages 2–16 years old
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Following your schedule and adapting to changes based on weather or other factors

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured soccer sessions aligned with the Challenger curriculum
• Work with children of all age groups in a safe and engaging manner

Requirements

• Experience working with children
• Comfortable coaching a wide range of age groups (2–16 years old)
• Must pass a rigorous background check
• Own transportation required for most positions
• Work authorization to work in the USA

Experience within soccer coaching, particularly in ball mastery, is desirable.

Pay

$20–$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Evenings Monday to Friday and daytime hours on weekends.
