Challenger Sports is owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals and provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products through a team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff.

About the role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. This role involves coaching weekly sessions to players aged 2–16 years old on Saturdays, delivering high-quality sessions with enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism, and adapting to schedule changes due to weather or other factors.

Responsibilities

• Coach weekly soccer sessions for players aged 2–16 years old on Saturdays (9am–11am, 2pm–4pm).
• Deliver high-quality sessions with enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism.
• Follow your schedule and adapt to changes as needed.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
• Must have experience working with children.
• Must pass a rigorous background check.
• Must have your own transport (required for most positions).
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA.

Qualifications

Experience within soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery, is desirable.

Schedule

• Saturdays: 9am–11am and 2pm–4pm (weekly).
• Evenings Monday to Friday and daytime on weekends (varies by location).

Pay

$35 gross per hour, including lunch and gas reimbursement.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.
