Challenger Sports Academy Soccer Coach

Challenger Sports is owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals and provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products through a team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff.

About the role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. This role involves:

• Coaching weekly sessions to players ages 2–16 years old
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Professional and effective communication with players and Challenger Sports staff
• Following your schedule and adapting to changes based on weather or other factors

Requirements

• Experience within soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery
• Comfortable working with children of all age groups
• Experience working with children and a soccer coaching background
• Own transportation
• Work authorization to work in the USA

Pay

$40 gross per hour.

Schedule

Sessions start at one day per week, with opportunities to increase hours available.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.
