Challenger Sports Academy Soccer Coach
Challenger Sports is owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals and provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products through a team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff.
About the role
Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. This role involves coaching daily or weekly sessions for players aged 2–16, using Challenger software to provide online session plans, and following a flexible schedule that may change due to weather or other factors.
Responsibilities
- Coach soccer sessions for children aged 2–16 years old
- Use Challenger software to create and deliver online session plans
- Follow and adapt to a provided schedule, accounting for weather or other changes
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups
- Must have experience working with children
- Must pass a rigorous background check
- Must have your own transport (required for most positions)
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA
Experience within soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery, is desirable.
Pay
$25–$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Sessions are held in the evenings Monday to Friday and during the day on weekends.
Location
Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.
