Challenger Sports is owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals. Our team of 9 offices and 100 full-time staff provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products.

About the role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. This role primarily involves coaching daily or weekly sessions for players aged 2–16 years old, with a focus on U16/U19 teams. You must be comfortable working with older players.

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of various ages (2–16 years old)
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Following your schedule and adapting to changes based on weather or other factors

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured soccer sessions following the Challenger curriculum
• Work with U16/U19 teams and younger age groups (2–16 years old)
• Adapt to scheduling changes as needed

Requirements

• Experience within soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery (desirable)
• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups
• Must have experience working with children
• Must have your own transport (required for the vast majority of positions)
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA

Pay

$25–$35 gross per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Sessions will be held in the evenings Monday to Friday and during the day on weekends.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.
