About the role

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Operate press machines, inkjet printers, and other production equipment.
• Assist with quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Permanent night shift employees receive a $1.25/hour shift premium, and overtime is available after 40 hours. Shifts are 12 hours long, with a compressed schedule of 3-4 shifts per week.
