Chair, Department of Radiology - Atlantic Health CentraState Medical Center

Atlantic Health is seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to serve as the Chair of Radiology at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of radiology services, providing strategic direction, clinical oversight, and innovative leadership to the Radiology Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, clinical, and programmatic leadership for the Department of Radiology.
• Promote standardization of radiology services across the system in collaboration with department, hospital, and system administration.
• Effect positive change and improvement in quality, research, education, budget and fiscal management, team building, HR management, and communications.

Qualifications

• Board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• Must be fellowship trained.

Pay

$650,000-$750,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives.
