CGI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent 3D imagery projects from intake and creative development through to asset routing, approval, and DAM cataloging.
• Define and communicate milestones, expectations, and action items for 3D artists, Creative Directors, and project requesters.
• Monitor project progress against plans, track resources/budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage and negotiate project schedules, educate stakeholders on workflows, and present performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in a project management role working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and creatives (digital artists, modelers, art directors).
• Campaign Execution: Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Core Skills: Superior timeline development, risk assessment, resource allocation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Tech & Tools: Experience with Airtable is preferred.
