CFSS Support Worker

Position Duties

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.
• Provide assistance including, but not limited to, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other health related tasks.
• Ensure a safe, clean, healthy home environment.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Aid with routine household chores such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in client's home environment or habits of daily living and report them to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Offer clients social and emotional support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.

Qualifications

• CFSS Support Worker Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Industry knowledge strongly preferred
