About the role

The Concierge team is expanding its capabilities to support customers with financial planning, advice, education, and long-term financial organization. This team works closely with Robinhood Asset Management to deliver accurate, compliant planning experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Robinhood supports customers in organizing their financial lives and understanding their options!

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through structured financial planning processes by reviewing, organizing financial data, defining goals, and explaining plan outputs in a clear, actionable way
  • Support customers across the ever-evolving Concierge suite of services, including financial planning, tax services, estate planning, and account-related needs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide education on financial planning topics while ensuring all interactions remain compliant and adhere to the proper policies when providing advice and guidance
  • Conduct ongoing plan reviews, identify opportunities to improve customer understanding, and connect customers with appropriate specialists when needed
  • Help increase customer engagement with Robinhood products by supporting asset consolidation, encouraging broader product usage, and delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow firm and regulatory standards across all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Clean U5 and current Series 7 and 63, or ability to acquire within 120 days
  • CFP® certification required
  • Experience in financial planning, banking, wealth management, or related financial services roles
  • Experience supporting high-value and complex client relationships, with a focus on delivering clear, responsive, and organized service
  • Demonstrated ability to support asset consolidation, deepen client relationships, and increase engagement with financial products in a compliant, customer-first manner
  • Commitment to acting in the customer's best interest while adhering to regulatory requirements
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a constant drive to increase and enhance the value of our offering
  • A willingness and aptitude to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation within your role

  • Ability to connect customers with appropriate specialists when needed

Pay

  • Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
  • The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

Schedule

  • This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Lake Mary, FL, Westlake, TX, Denver, CO, New York, NY, and Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
