About the Mandate

We are moving away from the static resume model to build a high-fidelity bench of Finance Architects, operators calibrated for institutional scale ($50M–$1B+ EV) who drive EBITDA expansion rather than just reporting it.
The Operator We Are Indexing
We are specifically mapping high-trajectory Finance Leaders across industries who fit the following profiles:
- CFOs & VPs: Proven turnaround specialists with deep P&L ownership and a track record of multiple expansion.
- High-Trajectory Directors: Elite finance leaders currently at $1B+ organizations (e.g., Walmart, UPS, Thrasio) who are ready for their first PortCo CFO or COO seat.
