CFO (Tech/Media)

Oversee all finance and accounting (FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, audit, IR)

- Lead FP&A activities

- Manage treasury operations

- Oversee tax compliance and strategy

- Administer procurement processes

- Ensure audit readiness and compliance

- Support internal and external reporting

Lead M&A activity and capital strategy (debt, equity, and investments)

- Drive M&A transactions and integration

- Develop and execute capital strategies

- Manage debt and equity financing

- Invest in strategic opportunities

Own IPO readiness preparation efforts

- Prepare the company for an initial public offering

Lead a high-performing global finance team

- Manage a team of finance professionals globally

Own all Board and Audit preparation and reporting

- Ensure board and audit committee reports are prepared and presented

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• MBA highly preferred
• 3+ years in investment banking/private equity
• 7+ years in strategic finance/fp&a at a high-growth technology business
• Experience and familiarity with M&A and IPO process
• Foundational knowledge of accounting
• "Hands on" mentality and attitude
