Responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, controls, and risk management
- Develop and implement business unit financial strategies, plans, and budgets
- Provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organization
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, tailor messages to different audiences, and influence outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Identify opportunities and implement financial process improvements that streamline financial operations
- Support business units in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function
